Voici le deuxième temps de la technique dite "de Masquelet" ou de membrane induite réalisé 6 mois après le premier temps.
Ce deuxième temps consiste en l'ablation du ciment et la mise en place d'une autogreffe.

L'immobilisation du membre est de 3 à 4 semaines après l'intervention.
La consolidation osseuse durera de 6 à 9 mois.
