L'intervention chirurgicale présentée dans ce film concerne un patient de 73 ans aux antécédents de cardiopathie ischémiques et qui présente un anévrysme de l'aorte sous-rénale de 63 mm de diamètre avec un volet conique qui ne permet pas la mise place d'une endoprothèse strictement sous-rénale.

L'intervention consiste en la mise en place d'une endoprothèse fenêtrée Anaconda.
