Trapézectomie et ligamentoplastie au Gore-Tex - Rhizarthrose - Pr Dominique Le Nen

La rhizarthrose, ou arthrose de la base du pouce, est une pathologie très fréquente qui correspond à l’usure chronique du cartilage qui recouvre le trapèze, et le premier métacarpien à la base du pouce.
La trapézectomie consiste à retirer le trapèze dans sa totalité. Elle s’effectue par une courte incision réalisée à la base du pouce sur la face dorsale.

Il s'agit d'une patiente de 64 ans souffrant d'une arthrose péri-trapézienne gauche.

Elle résiste au traitement médical (orthèses, infiltrations).
Lorsqu'elle consulte pour la première fois, le traitement médical n'a plus aucun effet et seule la chirurgie peut encore l'améliorer.

Une trapézectomie associée à une ligamentoplastie au goretex , sans interposition, lui est proposée.
