Patiente de 52 ans présentant une tuméfaction de la face dorsale de l'interphalangienne du pouce avec une radiographie normale.
L'exploration chirurgicale met en évidence une tumeur polylobée polychrome qui évoque une tumeur à cellules géantes des gaines synoviales.
L'examen anatomopathologique confirme ce diagnostic et la patiente est prévenue du risque de récidive de cette tumeur bénigne.
